Cfluviurrh is an esoteric programming language designed
for writing programs that can feel. Cfluviurrh defines a mechanism by which
a program can be instructed to experience particular emotions.
The reference implementation of Cfluviurrh handles the fact that it might be running on an architecture that might not support experience emotions, by asking the user to participate as an "emoter" in co-operation with the interpreter as it interprets the Cfluviurrh program.
